Meditation is an ancient practice that has an important place in our modern lives.

It has become widely recognised, accepted and recommended as the go-to self-care habit, while research on the benefits continues to grow.

But for some, an overactive monkey mind can make sitting down and “thinking nothing” feel impossible. A calm state, increased awareness and better concentration are the goals of meditation – but I need these things to start!? and I am NOT feeling this now?!?!

  • How you may already be meditating in your life and ways to strengthen this

  • Different types of meditation & its benefits (from anxiety to chronic pain).

  • Benefits of a regular meditation practice and how to develop the habit.

  • Tips and tools for the mind that won’t slow down and how to alter meditation to suit you!
