Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET) is a proven blend of the latest scientific research and centuries-old Eastern healing techniques. NET is a mind-body approach to help your nervous system rebalance any physiological reactions to mental & emotional stress.
Emotions are normal, healthy, body responses. Often in our life, especially if we are in a weakened state, these everyday stress responses may not resolve naturally. Later in life the old, negatively charged response patterns can kick back in. This leaves us reacting, both physically and emotionally, in ways that may not reflect our current situation.
