Applied Kinesiology
Applied Kinesiology began with Dr Goodheart, a chiropractor from Detroit Michigan in the 1960’s. Dr Goodheart recognised the principals that form AK as we know it today.
Kinesiology itself is a manual muscle based diagnostic tool. Like any tool it is only as effective s the person using it and may only be applied in conjunction with the user’s knowledge of its use and the task to which it is applied.
